ARIMO UUSITALO CONTINUES AS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE RAISIO GROUP BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Raisio Group Board of Directors has chosen Mr Arimo Uusitalo to continue as a
chairman. He is the Chairman of the Board since 2001. Mr Kaarlo Pettilä was
appointed deputy chairman.
