CODETERMINATION TALKS AT RAISIO MARGARINE PLANT IN FINLAND CONCLUDED

Raisio has concluded the codetermination talks which started early February in
Raisio in order to further improve the efficiency of margarine production. As a
result of the negotiations, a reduction of 17 employees will take place and some
reorganisations will be carried out. In addition, 5 jobs will be cut through
pension arrangements. Raisio is going to start, according to the principles
agreed in the negotiations, arrangements to support relocation of personnel
losing their jobs. After the reduction the Raisio margarine plant will employ
some 110 people.
