ILARI ANTILA TO HEAD RAISIO DIAGNOSTICS

M.Sc. Ilari Antila has been appointed president of Raisio Diagnostics from 1
August 2006. Mr Antila has been working in marketing and leading positions in
various diagnostics companies in Finland and abroad.

Raisio Diagnostics develops, produces and markets analytic systems, diagnostics
equipment and reagents used to monitor the quality and safety of food and animal
feed. Its customers consist of food companies, as well as commercial and public
laboratories and laboratory chains. The turnover of Raisio Diagnostics was EUR 9
million in 2005.
