Raisio plc will publish its Financial Statements 2011 on Tuesday, 14 February 2012 at about 10 a.m. Finnish time (8 a.m. UK time).

We will arrange a conference call in English on 14 February 2012 at 3:30 p.m. Finnish time (1:30 p.m. UK time). Access: +358 9 824 88710, PIN code 9177. The conference call material will be published in advance at www.raisio.com under the heading investors.

We will also arrange a press and investor meeting in Finnish on 14 February 2012 at 2 p.m. Finnish time in hotel Scandic Simonkenttä, Simonkatu 9, Helsinki.
