Paavo Myllymäki elected as Chairman of Raisio's Supervisory Board

PAAVO MYLLYMÄKI ELECTED AS CHAIRMAN OF RAISIO'S SUPERVISORY BOARD

In a meeting held on 28 May 2013, Raisio plc's Supervisory Board elected Mr. Paavo Myllymäki, farmer and executive manager as its Chairman, and Mr. Holger Falck, M.Sc. (Agr & Forestry) and farmer, as its Vice Chairman. Their term will end at the first meeting of the Supervisory Board following the Annual General Meeting of 2014.
