RAISIO AND CEREALIA TO START A JOINT VENTURE

GoGreen will expand and strengthen Raisio's product range

Finnish Raisio and Swedish Cerealia Foods & Bread will start a joint venture
GoGreen AB to fulfill the growing customer needs in the field of healthy plant
based foods. In Northern Europe GoGreen offers an excellent marketing channel for
the oat- and soybased fresh products that Raisio is currently investing in.

GoGreen -product range will include plant based fresh foods, frozen products and
ready-made meals. Cerealia has already last autumn started marketing some food
products under the brand name GoGreen. In the future, these products will
complement Raisio's product offering in Finland. The current non-dairy Beneviva
products of Raisio will be transferred under the name GoGreen in Finland and in
Sweden. GoGreen has in a short time achieved over 40% brand recognition. GoGreen
-product range is planned to include more than 60 products.

GoGreen is a strategically important input in adding value and modernising
Raisio's food products. Intensifying the co-operation with a familiar partner
Cerealia will also support Raisio's geographical expansion targets and strengthen
the market position of Raisio's products in Northern Europe.

Final closing of the deal is subject to the clearance by merger control
authorities in certain countries.
