Raisio contests Oat Solutions LLC's claims in the civil dispute as completely unfounded

RAISIO CONTESTS OAT SOLUTIONS LLC'S CLAIMS IN THE CIVIL DISPUTE AS COMPLETELY UNFOUNDED

On 18 February 2016, Oat Solutions LLC has informed the media that it has brought a civil action in an old case in the US court.

The case was thoroughly and extensively processed by the Finnish Arbitral Tribunal that rejected all Oat Solutions LLC's claims. Oat Solutions LLC has filed an action for the annulment of the arbitration award and the District Court of Southwest Finland has dismissed it in its entirety. Oat Solutions LLC’s appeal for the annulment of the District Court's judgement is currently pending in the Turku Court of Appeal.   

In our view, the US court does not even have jurisdiction to process this issue. Raisio considers the claims completely unfounded.
