Raisio plc’s Annual Review and Corporate Responsibility Report 2022 has been published today. The Review includes the Financial Statements, the Consolidated Financial Statements, the report of the Board of Directors, the Auditor’s Report, Supervisory Board’s statement and the Corporate Responsibility Report.

The Annual Review and Corporate Responsibility Report 2022 is attached to this release and also available on the company’s web site https://www.raisio.com/en/investors/releases-and-publications/.

In addition, Raisio plc has published today the Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report for the year 2022.
