RAISIO'S FINANCIAL INFORMATION IN 2012

Raisio plc will publish its Financial Statements for 2011 on Tuesday 14 February 2012. The Annual Report 2011 will be published online during the week starting on 12 March 2012. The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 29 March 2012.

In 2012 the company will publish three Interim Reports as follows:

Interim Report for January-March on Tuesday 8 May 2012,
Interim Report for January-June on Tuesday 14 August 2012,
Interim Report for January-September on Tuesday 6 November 2012.
