AUSTIN, Texas (October 22, 2013)—RateGenius Inc., a nationwide, Web-based loan broker specializing in vehicle refinance loans, insurance products and mortgage services, worked closely with Experian to develop a new program, CU Recapture. The service will provide two options for credit unions: Marketing Services and the rateGenius full turn-key Marketing & Loan Services program. CU Recapture leverages a decade of experience in automotive loan services, combined with some of the best data analysis available.
The Marketing Services option will process your member list though the rateGenius proprietary CU Recapture system, work with you to design your communication piece, and distribute both standard mail and email communication to your vehicle recapture targeted members. The members will be directed to either your website, call center or both for the credit union to handle the application and loan closing process.
Full turn-key Marketing & Loan Services will include all of the Marketing Services options and incorporate rateGenius’ Loan services. RateGenius Loan Services collects all applications for approval by lender. Once approved, rateGenius Loan Officers close the recapture, provide document fulfillment, complete all title work, and deliver consistently organized packets to you.
A total of 88 campaigns have been run with response rates showing as high as 7 percent. The CU Recapture program is offered on a quarterly basis.
