New roasting and baking pan accessory for the SelfCookingCenter® whitefficiency® combi steamer
Rational has added a versatile new roasting and baking pan to its range of accessories. The SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency’s accessories are specially designed to make the most of the unit’s features, helping operators to deliver the best results time-after-time.
The new roasting and baking pan is the ideal container to cook pan-fried dishes in the SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency, such as tortillas, paella, rösti, quiche and pancakes, as well as mini pizzas and cakes, in just a few minutes.
The griddled surface of the pans ensures excellent heat conductivity and optimal browning, while the tough and robust Trilax® non-stick coating prevents food from sticking to the pan. The heat-reflecting characteristics of the Trilax coating also aid browning,
The roasting and baking pan is stackable and has side handles, which make it easy to work with, like the SelfCookingCenter itself. For baking, all the chef has to do is select ‘Baking’, load the SelfCookingCenter with the filled pan and let the unit’s Efficient LevelControl do the rest.
Available in two sizes, 16cm and 25cm, the pans can be purchased individually or in sets of 4 small or 2 large, each with a 1/1 GN steel carrier plate. The specially formed carrier plates ensure the pans don’t shift about in the SelfCookingCenter and make it easier to cook large loads.
