Muffin can beat it

Rational’s Muffin and Timbale Mould makes it easier than ever to stock freshly baked muffins. The moulds are designed to work alongside the SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency to deliver perfect results, every time.

The Muffin Mould is constructed from a specially developed highly-flexible material which makes the muffins easy to remove and also prevents sticking.

Rational’s SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency takes care of the baking process so that it is fully automatic. Fill the moulds with the cake batter, select ‘Baking’, load the SelfCookingCenter and the unit will do the rest. Once baked, the muffins are easy to remove from the non-stick moulds.

There are two sizes of Muffin and Timbale Mould; the 400 x 600mm baking tray (2/1 gastronorm) holds 24 muffins, the 400 x 300mm (1/1 gastronorm) makes 12. Each individual muffin space has a filled volume of approximately 100 ml.

As well as for baking muffins the moulds are perfect for cooking vegetable quiches, vegetable mousses, fish timbales, bread pudding, poached eggs, a wide range of desserts and much more.
