Ratos subsidiary Anticimex has signed an agreement to acquire
Finland's leading survey company Raksystems. The acquisition will be
made by Anticimex's Finnish subsidiary which will thus complement its
operations with property surveys.

Anticimex CEO Peter Carrick: "Property surveys is a fast-growing area
within Anticimex. Raksystems will not only complement our Finnish
operations, which until now have concentrated on pest control and
dehumidification, but will also provide the entire group with
increased expertise in surveying large properties."

Raksystems had sales of EUR 8.9m in 2006 with an operating profit
(EBITA) of approximately EUR 1.0m. The company has 90 employees.
Growth has been favourable in recent years and the company has a
leading position on the Finnish property survey market. Raksystems
will be consolidated with Anticimex's existing Finish operations.

Raksystems has been valued to an Enterprise value of EUR 8.4m and
will be financed with loans and Anticimex's own funds. The management
in Raksystems will own 35% of the shares in the new company.

Ratos, which has an 85% holding in Anticimex, will not provide any
capital in conjunction with the acquisition.
