Ratos's Board of Directors has decided to apply for a listing of the company's class A and B shares on the Stockholm Stock Exchange's A list. The shares have been traded on the O list since 1997. The number of shares outstanding amounts to 21,229,036 A shares and 57,953,404 B shares. Since the start of the year, average daily trading in B shares has amounted to SEK 12.8 million. A round lot is 100 shares. The company's market capitalisation today amounts to approximately SEK 13 billion.
