Ratos's subsidiary Bisnode has concluded an agreement to acquire
Lundalogik, one of Sweden's leading suppliers of customer care and
CRM systems. The acquisition is expected to have a positive impact on
Bisnode's earnings in 2008.
Bisnode is a leading European supplier of digital business
information and services within market, credit and product
information. Operations are conducted in five business areas and the
company has operations in 19 European countries. Bisnode has
approximately 3,000 employees.

Lundalogik, which was founded in 1990, is one of Sweden's leading
suppliers of advanced customer management systems. The company has
seen rapid growth in recent years. Lundalogik's customers are
primarily small and medium-sized companies as well as large
enterprises such as NCC, Fritidsresor, EMA Saab Systems, and others.
Lundalogik has annual sales of SEK 55-60m.

- Bisnode's CEO, Lars Save, comments: "The acquisition of Lundalogik
means that Bisnode now further strengthens its offering within
Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Bisnode's business
information combined with Lundalogik's customer management systems
give Bisnode a more complete CRM offering."

Previously in 2007 Bisnode has carried out thirteen strategic
acquisitions: Swedish companies Agent25, Membit, Emric and Pointer,
Norwegian companies Inter Dialog and One Holding, the British company
Creditscorer, the Finnish company Oy ADC, the Austrian company Wisur,
the Slovenian company Noviforum/Infobon, the Czech company Cekia, and
the German company ABC, as well as WDM with operations in the
Netherlands, Belgium and France. The combined sales of the thirteen
acquired companies totalled SEK 840m in 2006.

Ratos's holding in Bisnode amounts to 70%.
