Inwido Denmark is to acquire the Danish window manufacturer Outline Vinduer's business in Denmark and the UK. Inwido Sweden is acquiring 40% of the sliding door manufacturer Panorama Nordic in Lithuania and 70% of the Swedish sliding door manufacturer Hajomfönster. In addition, Norsjöfönster, which is already part of the Inwido-group, is to acquire 100% of window producer Ostvik Fönster, based in the Swedish province of Norrland, which has production capacity located close to Norsjöfönster.

The four new companies had total annual sales of SEK 315m in 2004.
