Ratos: Listing on A list from 5 July

The Stockholm Stock Exchanges Listing Committee have approved a listing of Ratos class A and B shares on the Stockholm Stock Exchange's A list as from 5 July 2005. The shares have been traded on the O list since 1997.
The number of shares outstanding amounts to 21,229,036 A shares and 57,953,404 B shares. Since the start of the year, average daily trading in B shares has amounted to SEK 12.8 million. A round lot is 100 shares.
