Ratos: Magnus Silfverberg new CEO of Bisnode

Magnus Silfverberg has been appointed as the new President and CEO of Bisnode, a leading provider of decision support in Europe. Magnus is currently CEO of the listed company Betsson and has extensive experience from leading positions in technology-intensive growth companies with a focus on business development and product innovation. Magnus will take up his position in autumn 2015.

Since 2011, Magnus has been President and CEO of the listed company Betsson, an international, fast-growing company with a focus on online gaming portals. His previous experience includes sales director within Hewlett-Packard, CEO of Frontville and operations consultant at Accenture. Magnus was born in 1973 and has a degree in business and economics from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MBA from INSEAD in France.

Today, Bisnode is one of Europe's leading providers of decision support with a focus on helping companies and organisations to make smart decisions. For more than ten years, Bisnode has been part of a global network of providers of decision support through its cooperation with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B).

Magnus Silfverberg will take up his position in the autumn and Anders Berg, acting CEO and CFO of Bisnode will return to his role as CFO.
