Ratos: New President and CEO for the GS-Hydro Group

Thomas Rönnholm has been appointed as President and CEO for GS-Hydro Oy and the GS-Hydro Group as of August 1, 2006.


Thomas Rönnholm is 52 years old and a Finnish citizen.


Thomas has during the last 18 years been working for Kone Corporation, a global supplier of elevators with a turnover of EUR 3 billion. In Kone Thomas has held a number of positions. He has been Executive Vice President for the US-operation, President of the subsidiaries in Denmark and Canada and Managing Director for Finland and Eastern Europe. Thomas has also been responsible for Business Development and Global Marketing in the headquarters of the company.
