Ratos: Ole Kjörrefjord appointed new CEO of EuroMaint

Ole Kjörrefjord has been appointed as the new CEO of Ratos's wholly
owned subsidiary EuroMaint. Ole Kjörrefjord, currently Chairman of
EuroMaint's Board, will succeed Pether Wallin.

EuroMaint is one of Sweden's leading maintenance companies.
Operations are conducted in three subsidiaries: EuroMaint Rail,
EuroMaint Industry and EuroMaint Tracksupport. EuroMaint's
subsidiaries are specialist companies that offer advanced maintenance
services to the rail transport sector and manufacturing industry.
Operations are conducted at 18 locations in Sweden, Latvia and the

Ole Kjörrefjord will take up his position as CEO of EuroMaint at
year-end. Wille Laurén has been appointed as the new Chairman of the
Board.

Ratos's holding in EuroMaint amounts to 100%.
