Ratos AB: EU approves sale of Hilding Anders

The European Commission has announced its approval of the sale by Ratos and Nordic Capital of Europe's leading bed manufacturer Hilding Anders to the international private equity company Investcorp. This means that the deal that was announced on 24 November can be completed. The sale will provide Ratos with an exit gain of just over SEK 215 million.
