Ratos lends 1,000,000 shares in Telelogic
The lending will continue until the new Telelogic shares have been registered with the Swedish Companies House
Ratos has today entered into an agreement with Enskilda Securities regarding lending of 1,000,000 shares in Telelogic AB. Ratos' holding before the lending was 1,612,000 shares, representing approx. 20 percent of the total number of shares in Telelogic before dilution. During the term of the agreement, Ratos' holding will represent 7.5 per cent of the capital and votes in Telelogic before dilution.
The lending agreement will continue until the newly issued shares have been registered with the Swedish Companies House. After the new issues in Telelogic, Ratos' holding of 1,612,000 shares will represent 16.8 per cent of the capital and votes in Telelogic, before dilution.
