Ratos reduces holding in Telelogic

After a divesture of 612,000 shares in Telelogic, Ratos´ remaining holding of 1,000,000 shares represents 10.4 per cent of capital and voting rights before dilution.
The divesture will result in a capital gain in the Ratos-group of SEK 600 M corresponding to SEK 7.40 per share.

CEO´s comment
- The Telelogic-share has had a fantastic development, thus the Telelogic holding has a significant proportion of the Ratos portfolio. By the divesture, Ratos reduces an exposure which we consider to be to large. We keep a 10 per cent holding since we consider Telelogic a well managed company, says Arne Karlsson, CEO of Ratos.
