Staffan Bohman proposed new member of Ratos's Board
Ratos's Nomination Committee will propose that the AGM extends the Board of Directors by one member. Staffan Bohman, formerly President and CEO of Gränges and Sapa, is proposed as a new member of the Board.
Staffan Bohman, born 1949, has many years' experience of leading positions in companies that include Gränges, Sapa and the Alfa Laval Group. He has conducted his own business since 2004. In addition to the proposed assignment with Ratos, Staffan Bohman is a member of the boards of the listed companies Atlas Copco, Sapa and Trelleborg and the unlisted companies Dynapac and OSM.
Present members of Ratos's Board are Olof Stenhammar (Chairman), Lars Berg, Peggy Bruzelius, Göran Grosskopf, Jan Söderberg, Per-Olof Söderberg and Arne Karlsson (CEO). The Nomination Committee will propose re-election of all members.
The Nomination Committee comprises Jan Söderberg and Per-Olof Söderberg, representing their own and the Söderberg Foundation's holdings in Ratos, Jan-Erik Erenius, representing AMF Pension and AP3, as well as Chairman of the Board Olof Stenhammar (convener).
Ratos's Annual General Meeting will be held on 6 April 2005. The Notice of the Meeting is scheduled for publication on 1 March. Matters to be considered at the Meeting must reach the Chairman (at the company's postal address) no later than 16 February.
