DS Chang nominated to Raytelligence Board of Directors

Shareholders holding 36 percent in Raytelligence have today proposed that Ding-Shin Chang is elected as a new member of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on August 6, 2025.   Ding-Shin Chang serves as Chairman of Sterling Global Capital Investment SGCI Gmbh since 2011. SGCI is headquartered in Frankfurt with a focus on providing financial solutions for growing small and medium sized enterprises. Raytelligence postpones the Annual General Meeting

Raytelligence AB (publ), with corporate registration number 559039-7088, has previously communicated that the Company intends to hold the Annual General Meeting on May 23, 2025. Raytelligence's CEO Ben Hedenberg has passed away

The Board of Directors of Raytelligence has received the news that CEO and Board member Ben Hedenberg has unexpectedly passed away.  “It is with great shock and sadness that we have received this tragic and unexpected news. Our thoughts are with Ben’s family and loved ones,” says Sven Otto Littorin, Chairman of the Board of Raytelligence.   Ben Hedenberg was appointed CEO of Raytelligence in 2024, to drive the company's strategy to execute combination deals. The Board of Directors will shortly begin the search for a new CEO, and will release new information as soon as possible.
