RE IV Limited has acquired land in China for CNY 1,210 million in total

Hong Kong, 26 October 2020: RE IV Limited has, indirectly through intermediate holding vehicles, acquired land intended for residential development in the Shandong Province, China (the “Acquired Land”). The purchase price for the Acquired Land is approximately Renminbi Yuan (CNY) 1,210 million in total. RE IV Limited’s parent company White Peak Real Estate IV L.P. has made an equity contribution of CNY 404 million to RE IV Limited in order to, inter alia, facilitate the financing of the Acquired Land.
