RE IV Limited has repaid bonds upon maturity

Hong Kong, 27 November 2023: RE IV Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has today made repayment upon maturity of its SEK 600,000,000 senior secured green bonds issued in 2020 with ISIN SE0015195847 (the "Bonds").

At the maturity date, a total amount of SEK 402,500,000 was outstanding, which was repaid along with a final coupon payment of SEK 16,100,000.
