Hong Kong 18 November 2020: RE IV Limited (the "Company") has successfully closed the order book for senior secured bonds with ISIN SE0015195847 in an amount of SEK 600,000,000 under a framework of up to SEK 1,500,000,000. The offer was well received and the bond issue was oversubscribed. The first issue date is expected to be 27 November 2020 and the bonds will be due in November 2023 and carry a fixed interest rate of 8.00 per cent. The Company intends to list the bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The proceeds from the transaction will be used to finance the Company's investments (including, for the avoidance of doubt, property development) in accordance with the Company's green bond framework, hedging costs and transaction costs.Pareto Securities AB and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) have acted as financial advisors and joint bookrunners in connection with the bond issue.
