White Peak named among the sustainability Sector Leaders by GRESB in 2021

Hong Kong, 19 October 2021: White Peak is pleased to announce that it has been named one of the Sector Leaders by GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) for its sustainability leadership in 2021.

The GRESB Sector Leader Awards recognizes real estate and infrastructure companies, funds and assets that have demonstrated outstanding leadership in sustainability each year. This year, White Peak ranks No.1 out of all Asia Residential Developers and Asia Non-listed Residential Entities. Moreover, White Peak’s score has been subject to remarkable improvement, from 92 last year to 97 this year, well above the peer average of 77. This is also the highest score White Peak has had historically.
