BNA (British Nursing Association) recruits Nurses and Healthcare Assistants for Kent, Sussex and Surrey NHS Primary Provider Contract
BNA, the British Nursing Association, has a major recruitment drive for RGN and specialist nurses, as well as HCA healthcare assistants and support workers, for temporary positions in Kent, Sussex and Surrey.
The association, founded in 1948, will be arranging interviews throughout the UK for qualified medical and care staff who wish to join as members and to work part-time, with the opportunity for extra pay and flexible hours to meet family and other commitments.
The BNA has gained a reputation for its expertise in managing the logistics of temporary staffing to match NHS needs for relevant experience in the nurses and support staff that the association can supply nationwide. Members of the BNA can access a web portal to update their availability for work, for notification even if their circumstances change during the course of a day. Qualified and registered staff can then be alerted to vacancies via SMS text messages in the first instance.
BNA is the longest serving organisation offering nursing agency services in the UK. The association today is a preferred supplier of nurses and HCA staff to NHS and private hospitals, GP Surgeries and other Primary Care service providers - as well as the domiciliary homecare sector.
BNA is managing temporary assignments for the following positions in Kent, Sussex and Surrey: RN Registered Nurses; RGN Registered General; RMN Registered Mental; EN Enrolled; SEN State Enrolled; ENG Enrolled General; ENM Enrolled Mental Health; RSCN Registered Sick Children’s; RFN Registered Fever; RM Registered Midwives and RHV Registered Health Visitors.
All job applicants can register their contact details initially on-line at the BNA web sites. The association can then organise face-to-face applicant interviews with qualified candidates.
BNA has long experience in assessing and advising on the suitability of candidates for work. The interviewer nursing team is responsible for initial allocation of potential work areas based on the applicant’s qualifications, skills and experience. There is verification of each applicant’s work portfolio at the interview stage, and assessment of specific experience in each nursing speciality.
