Another major French company chooses electronic invoice processing from ReadSoft
ReadSoft has received an order from a major French company that has been using ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Invoices for some time on a smaller scale. One of the business areas within the group has now decided to fully implement ReadSoft's solution. The order is worth approximately EUR 300,000.
This large French Group, that wishes to be anonymous at this time, operates in 80 different countries, and has more than 110,000 employees. The Group generated sales of approximately EUR 20 billion in 2005.
Receiving and registering more than 2,000 invoices every day has demanded a lot of time and effort from the Accounts Payable department. With the goal of making processes more efficient, the company decided to try ReadSoft's solution in November 2003. After expanding the use of the solution, last October, the French company now takes an even bigger step.
The decision to fully implement electronic invoice processing was based on the software’s proven stability and ReadSoft's effective integration into SAP, the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that has been chosen by the company. ReadSoft's solution offers a significant business value, allowing this customer to make better use of its employees, ensure higher-quality information and improve security.
