New Orleans, September 17, 2013 - RhinoDox and ReadSoft today announced the naming of RhinoDox as a ReadSoft partner for automated invoice processing applications. As a ReadSoft partner, Chicago-based RhinoDox will offer customers the full suite of ReadSoft’s automated accounts payable solutions.

ReadSoft invoice processing solutions automate the process of scanning, extracting and posting of invoice data—regardless of the source. The software intelligently extracts critical information and validates it against a pre-defined set of rules. It provides a host of benefits to users, including accurate and timely invoice processing, no lost invoice or duplicate payment scenarios, increased opportunity for early payment discounts from suppliers, 24/7 visibility of invoice status. Its self-learning capture technology continually increases recognition capabilities. RhinoDox is offering customers ReadSoft automated invoice processing applications in its service bureau operations for paper-based invoice scan and capture as a service via ReadSoft’s cloud or on-premise applications, or as a hybrid of the two.

“RhinoDox is continuously evaluating new services and solutions that will help customers gain business efficiencies, increase productivity, reduce costs and comply with government regulations,” said Justin Ullman, President of RhinoDox. “We based our decision to become a ReadSoft partner on the product’s vast capability, accuracy and flexibility. Being a ReadSoft partner provides RhinoDox with a wide choice in deploying solutions for customers to meet current and future needs.”

“ReadSoft’s partners like RhinoDox can seamlessly integrate our invoice processing software into all leading ERP systems,” said Todd LeVeque, Director of Channel Sales, ReadSoft North America. “This allows RhinoDox a quick-to-market time frame, while providing tight integration for the end users they service.”

“RhinoDox is a valuable addition to our growing partner network,” said Bob Fresneda, President of ReadSoft North America. “Capitalizing on their long history and strong presence in Chicago and surrounding areas, RhinoDox is positioned to become a major player in the AP automation and services arena with this partnership.”
