Energy technology giant renews confidence in ReadSoft with 400,000 EUR agreement
A top energy management solution provider has expanded its agreement with ReadSoft in order to further develop their Shared Services Center activities. The deal is worth 400,000 EUR and was signed with ReadSoft in France during the second quarter of 2013.
The customer has used ReadSoft’s solutions for several years to automatically process hundreds of thousands of invoices annually at their Shared Service Centers. The customer wants to further consolidate and streamline their financial processes and the target is to implement more process automation solutions to gain greater efficiencies across the enterprise.
The customer recognized ReadSoft as the leading solution provider and therefore renewed their trust and investment in ReadSoft for this project. ReadSoft’s extensive global experience of process automation solutions for Shared Service Centers and leading solution features were some of the key decision points for the customer.
In choosing ReadSoft’s solution, the organization hopes to have better control over information flow and early detection of errors. In addition, there will be less manual work and lower document processing costs. This will lead to shorter total processing time and to a productivity optimization of the customer’s existing SAP-investment.
