FöreningsSparbanken Finans AB invests in ReadSoft’s solution for increased efficiency in managing their fleet of cars. By automating the handling of over 200,000 invoices related to AutoPlan’s company cars, FöreningsSparbanken expects significant savings. The order value amounts to 1.5 MSEK.

AutoPlan is a unit within FöreningsSparbanken Finans AB, a subsidiary completely owned by FöreningsSparbanken AB. With over 23 percent of the market share, AutoPlan is the leading system for administration of fleets of cars. One of the things AutoPlan does is to compile operational expenses related to company cars all over Sweden. This is where ReadSoft enters the picture. The ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Invoices software will automate the handling of invoices sent to AutoPlan, freeing them from a lot of time-consuming manual work. Until now, clerks have entered information about change of tires, service, repair costs, etc. so that AutoPlan could issue invoices to the leasers of company cars. ReadSoft’s customized solution interprets the information on each invoice and matches it to a database of possible expenses, making the process considerably more effective. The custom-made supplementary module that does this is unique, and it was of great importance to FöreningsSparbanken Finans when they made their decision. “We’d been searching for a long time for a solution that could interpret really detailed invoices, but until now we had no luck. The new invoice processing software offered by ReadSoft is one of a kind, since it is customized for managing fleets of cars.
