French social security offices chooses ReadSoft to speed up document processing Several French social security offices have after thorough evaluation decided to go for ReadSoft's solutions for automatic data capture. In tough competition with other suppliers in the segment, ReadSoft won the order to deliver Eyes & Hands FORMS to the social security office in Evreux and eleven other cities. At this time the agreements are worth USD 500.000. Twelve different social security bureaus in France will implement ReadSoft's software Eyes & Hands FORMS to facilitate and speed up the handling of health care reports. The French social security bureau's, CPAM's (Caisse de Protection et Assurance Maladie), are parts of France's largest organizations and are responsible for the financial transactions between the workers, the health care professionals, and the health insurance system. At the core of the system is the health care form, filled out by the health care personnel and turned in by the beneficiaries to apply for reimbursement of the medical costs. The forms will be scanned and then automatically interpreted by ReadSoft's Eyes & Hands FORMS. Several complex validation procedures are used to ensure the highest accuracy. - The sales process when dealing with administration and government agencies in France and other large countries is usually long. Therefore it is rewarding to get a breakthrough with one of the largest administrations in France. Following the first order, with the health care office in Evreux, eleven social security bureaus in France have selected the ReadSoft solution for a similar need.
