Hagströmer & Qviberg subscribes to new ReadSoft stocks, as specified in contract from 2001

ReadSoft gets an SEK 5,015,000 capital injection when Hagströmer & Qviberg Fondkommission AB subscribes to 425,000 new ReadSoft class B stocks, as specified in an issue-guarantee contract signed in 2001.

In October 2001, ReadSoft AB and Hagströmer & Qviberg Fondkommission AB reached agreement regarding a stock issue that gave ReadSoft an opportunity to issues stocks and/or convertibles during a three-year period, under certain conditions. During an insecure period, the issue agreement enabled a more secure financial position for ReadSoft, although the contract never had to be executed. Among other things, Hagströmer & Qviberg is compensated for its services through stock options for subscription to new class B stocks in ReadSoft AB. The subscription rate is SEK 11.80 per stock. Hagströmer & Qviberg ordered subscription of all stock options, and according to the contract, ReadSoft AB issued 425,000 new class B stocks to Hagströmer & Qviberg in compensation, which is worth SEK 5,015,000. Implementation of the new issue, with 1.4% dilution, depends on approval from authorized authorities.
