Håkan Valberg nominated as new Board member of ReadSoft

The nominating committee of ReadSoft AB has nominated Håkan Valberg to be a new member of the Board of Directors, subject to election by the annual general meeting on April 23.

Mr. Valberg holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Management Engineering and has accumulated over 20 years of experience working for companies providing high-end solutions to global markets. He has served in senior roles for IBM, i2 Technologies and IMI, all international companies. He is currently Senior Vice President and General Manager, EMEA at Advent Software. Meanwhile, Gündor Rentsch has notified the nominating committee that he wishes to retire from the Board of Directors.

The annual general meeting will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, April 23, at Marina Plaza, Kungstorget 6, Helsingborg, Sweden. Additional information appears in the notice to attend the meeting published on March 20.

The members of the nominating committee are Göran E Larsson; Hans Forssman (Skandia); Jan Andersson samt Lars Appelstål.
