KEY DEVELOPMENTS DURING AND AFTER THE THIRD QUARTER OF 2006

ReadSoft closed a number of important deals with large multinational groups during the third quarter of 2006. One of the agreements was with British Petroleum (BP) that has chosen ReadSoft's electronic invoice processing solution. The multinational Group will automate the handling of 2.2 million invoices annually in 13 countries. The solution, which will be delivered by ReadSoft and Ebydos, includes both electronic workflow and full integration with BP's SAP system. The solution will provide BP with a series of advantages, including greater efficiency, reducing the costs associated with invoice processing, and making it easier to track invoices.

On October 2 ReadSoft acquired the, above mentioned, SAP specialist and partner Ebydos. The acquisition of Ebydos is an important strategic move since it gives ReadSoft the possibility to build integrated solutions within the SAP business system instead of building them outside. This gives the company a strong competitive advantage and a unique position in the document automation market. The acquisition makes ReadSoft a world leader in electronic invoice processing products for the SAP business system. With 45 employees, the acquired units in Germany, Poland and the United States reported sales of approximately 4.4 million Euros in 2005. A large part of Ebydos’ sales come directly from the cooperation with ReadSoft. Ebydos has shown good profit and the acquisition is expected to increase ReadSoft's earnings per share already this year.
