Linde Material Handling ReadSofts’ invoice processing customer no. 2,000
When Linde Material Handling chose ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Invoices to process more than half a million invoices annually in three countries, they had no idea this made ReadSoft reach the magic number of 2,000 installations of the solution.
Linde Material Handling in Aschaffenburg, Germany, is a world-leading supplier of forklift trucks and other products in the field of intralogistics. Linde Material Handling is represented in over 70 countries and has more than 53,000 employees worldwide.
The integration of ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Invoices with Linde Material Handling's existing SAP environment has started in Germany, and during 2007, installations will follow in Britain and France. In total, it is planned that the Linde Group will automatically process over half a million invoices per year with the Invoices business solution.

In addition to electronic invoice processing, Linde Material Handling's solution also includes the certified SAP add-ons Ebydos Invoice Cockpit and Web Cycle. Invoice Cockpit serves as an interface working within the SAP system, while Web Cycle is the web-based workflow enabling the co-workers of Linde Material Handling to perform the necessary control and approve processes. The ReadSoft solution will also standardize the enterprise's account payables processes.
