Multinational trading company with Shared Service Center based in Malaysia chooses ReadSoft in 1.2 MUSD invoice processing project
ReadSoft Asia has been chosen by a leading multinational trading company to provide an invoice processing solution in an agreement worth 1.2 MUSD. The deal includes licenses, implementation, maintenance and support and was signed during the second quarter of 2013.
The company will use ReadSoft’s PROCESS DIRECTOR for Accounts Payable solution in their shared service center supporting their operations across the globe. ReadSoft was the customer’s preferred option to automate their invoice processing due to ReadSoft’s superior seamless integration into the SAP system. ReadSoft has extensive experience and competence working with many shared service centers in the region and on a global basis.
As the company aimed to standardize its accounts payable operations, it recognized ReadSoft’s unparalleled track record of hundreds of global implementations within SAP environments and selected the leading solution provider to spearhead its invoice processing initiative. By automating its invoice processing seamlessly within SAP, the company looks forward to reduced invoice processing cycle times and improved visibility and control over invoices.
