ReadSoft carries through a new issue of shares for continued intensive growth and broadens the institutional ownership ReadSoft carries through a directed new issue of shares and ownership spread to ten or so Swedish and foreign investors, which will strengthen the company's financial capacity in its continued intensive international expansion. In June 1999, ReadSoft AB successfully carried through a new issue of shares and an introduction on the Stockholm Stock Exchange (O list). The company has been received very favorably on the market. ReadSoft is experiencing a phase of a very intensive international expansion, which calls for increased resources for market penetration and positioning of the company's trademark, and a larger working capital. In order to strengthen the company's financial capacity, the ReadSoft Board of Directors has decided, with the support of the ordinary shareholders' meeting held April 13, 1999, to carry through a directed new issue of shares. The new issue of shares includes 1.500.000 B-shares, at the rate SEK 81,50, and brings MSEK 122,25 to the company before issue costs. The owner spread, which took place in connection to the listing, was primarily directed to private investors. The current new issue of shares is directed to Hagströmer & Qviberg Fondkommission AB, which has further placed the shares at ten or so Swedish and foreign institutional investors. By this, ReadSoft's institutional ownership is strengthened, which is expected to further increase the market's confidence in the company.
