ReadSoft close USD 450,000 deal Eyes & Hands FORMS to process 22 million forms in Uganda election The software company ReadSoft will deliver software for automatic data capture to be used in the June Election in Uganda. During a short period, ReadSofts's Eyes & Hands FORMS will register and interpret approximately eleven million electoral forms and eleven million photographs from offices in Kampala, Uganda. The deal with the Ugandan Electoral Commission has been closed in cooperation with ReadSoft's distributor, Omicron Corporation Inc. Eyes & Hands FORMS will not only be used to capture text data, but also to capture a unique identification number from portrait photograph's of the voting population in Uganda. - Census and electoral projects are market segments which are growing fast and they are perfect tasks for our products.
