ReadSoft closes its' first major deal on the South African market worth over €350,000
This Shared Service Centre is a state organization that provides internal support services in the areas of Finance, Human Resources, Procurement and Technology Support Services and therefore also responsible for governmental invoices processing of the region. It is one of the countries largest shared services centers and the first customer in South Africa to implement this solution from ReadSoft.
Having run a SAP business system for several years, this customer wanted to further improve its accounts payable processes by extending its financial system to also automatically read and process supplier invoices. After making an overall analysis, the company selected ReadSoft as their vendors of choice for two main reasons. The software's proven stability and ReadSoft's effective integration into SAP. ReadSoft's solution offers significant business value, allowing the company to make better use of its employees, ensure higher-quality information and improve security. When the system is fully up and running the customer will be able to receive electronic invoice images for approval, rather than paper invoices.
