ReadSoft closes large, strategic deal with Visma
The Nordic outsourcing firm Visma Services has invested in electronic invoices processing from ReadSoft. The Norwegian branch of the Visma Group has bought software to process over 800,000 supplier invoices per year in its service bureau. The order is strategically important; it is also the largest deal volume-wise in the area of electronic invoices processing for ReadSoft in Norway.
Visma Services Norway AS is part of the Visma Group, which is a leader in finance and administrative IT systems. The group also has branches in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, and already collaborates with ReadSoft in Sweden. After a thorough evaluation of several vendors within the ICR (intelligent character recognition) field, Visma chose ReadSoft. “We are the Nordic leader in outsourcing services for accounting, payroll, and other electronic document processes, and this investment is vital to further improve our services to new and existing clients in Norway. The system will be used in our Oslo head office, where it will automate the processing of large volumes of client supplier invoices.
