ReadSoft closes record deal ReadSoft, worldwide leader in forms processing, has closed a USD 3.8 million deal on the American continent to process tax forms for both individuals and corporations. The deal is won in cooperation with a multinational partner to ReadSoft and it is one of the largest deals ever closed by ReadSoft. The software Eyes & Hands FORMS will be installed in eight different processing centers. These centers will handle up to two million tax form images per day during peak processing. Estimates indicate that up to 95% of the tax forms will be handled automatically, which will generate substantial savings in time and money. The order is worth USD 3.8 million to ReadSoft, including approximately USD 1 million in software support services.
