ReadSoft debuts latest release of AP workflow automation at Oracle OpenWorld

ReadSoft, an Oracle Platinum Partner and leading global provider of document process automation for business applications, will present for the first time publicly, PROCESSIT 7.3 at Oracle OpenWorld 2013 in San Francisco, CA on September 22-26, 2013.

The enhanced Oracle-validated solution offers new market-driven features and seamless integration with ReadSoft’s proven cloud-based service for invoice capture–providing companies of all sizes with greater flexibility and scalability in achieving optimal end-to-end AP processing performance. Oracle OpenWorld 2013 conference attendees representing organizations that could benefit from streamlining invoice processing in Oracle E-Business Suite can view the latest functionality of PROCESSIT 7.3 at the ReadSoft booth (#609). 

New key benefits and capabilities of PROCESSIT 7.3 include:

• Integration with ReadSoft Online, the company’s SaaS cloud solution for invoice receipt – The integration of ReadSoft Online and PROCESSIT 7.3, currently being implemented by several U.S. organizations, allows for quick implementation, scalable use and compelling return on investment (ROI). The approach signals an IT strategy based on an expense model rather than a capital model. ReadSoft’s invoice processing application delivers a cost-effective, low-maintenance solution that would reduce the lifecycle cost of the company’s Oracle E-Business Suite system.      
• Compatibility with Oracle Solaris 10 operating system – As a mission-critical application, PROCESSIT is now available for installation on the Oracle Solaris 10 operating system, widely recognized as the platform of choice by large, established enterprises demanding performance and high availability.
• Enhanced operational performance architecture – New architectural enhancements support clustered environment installations to enforce application high availability requirements, and facilitates automatic fail over and load balancing, which ultimately ensures complete AP processing accessibility and functionality even if a server fails or is removed.
• Efficiency-optimizing, end user features – Latest solution release includes expanded invoice approval mobile functionality, shared worklists capability to better manage workload balancing, support for various user authentication methods and more.
