ReadSoft further invests in Microsoft community, showcases integrated AP automation cloud solution at Convergence EMEA
On the heels of achieving the first milestone for accreditation and gaining increased worldwide interest of its Microsoft Dynamics AX-integrated Accounts Payable (AP) solution, ReadSoft, a leading global provider of applications for automating business processes, will be showcasing its proven hybrid cloud AP automation solution for the first time in Europe at the Convergence 2013 EMEA conference in Barcelona, Spain on November 4-6, booth (#23).
As the first hybrid cloud AP solution built on Windows Azure, the ReadSoft/Microsoft Dynamics solution enables unprecedented security, scalability, a quick deployment and minimal IT involvement. Conference-attending Microsoft Dynamics users and certified partners representing enterprises that could benefit from reduced AP processing costs and cycle time, and 24/7 secure access to invoice data are encouraged to visit the ReadSoft booth (#23) for live demonstrations of the joint capture and workflow solution, and one-on-one consultations.
ReadSoft, a Microsoft Certified Gold partner and Bronze Sponsor of the Convergence EMEA event, has nurtured a long standing commitment to Microsoft and more recently, Microsoft Dynamics users. Earlier this month, ReadSoft Online, the company’s SaaS cloud-based solution, passed Microsoft’s Certified for Microsoft Dynamics (CfMD) testing criteria. In addition, ReadSoft has been identified by Microsoft as a Globally Managed ISV. As part of this esteemed partner agreement, ReadSoft solutions are jointly marketed and delivered to Microsoft Dynamics users and certified partners throughout the world.
Demonstrating the success of the ReadSoft Online solution integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX, Netherlands-based ConQuaestor scans, captures and verifies invoices in ReadSoft’s web interface and transmits to their Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system. “The impact of the ReadSoft solution was immediate and clear. We no longer have missing invoices,” reports Niek de Jong, Manager of Finance and Control at ConQuaestor. “Our users are happy with ReadSoft’s friendly interface, IT appreciates its quality integration with our Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP and management values its ability to grow with the organization.”
“We are seeing a sizable movement in the market towards the utilization of ‘hybrid cloud’ solutions like our joint offering with Microsoft Dynamics,” says Per Åkerberg, President and CEO of ReadSoft. “For many enterprises–especially SMEs–the biggest barrier to automating financial processes like Accounts Payable is the large investment of the IT project, so by moving it to the cloud, that initial hurdle is no longer a concern. Through the hybrid cloud we are able to offer organizational leaders a choice with how they platform their AP solution with ReadSoft,” finishes Per Åkerberg.
In addition to Microsoft Dynamics AX, ReadSoft delivers financial applications for Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, and Microsoft Dynamics SL. Resellers interested in joining Readsoft’s Microsoft Network are invited to meet with ReadSoft partner representatives during the conference.
