IMPORTANT EVENTS DURING THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2005 ReadSoft closed a number of important deals during the quarter. One of the most prestigious ones was with a world-renowned media company: BBC decided to invest in electronic invoice processing from ReadSoft. ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Invoices is to be integrated with BBC’s Business System from SAP. In doing so, BBC is abandoning manual processing of supplier invoices and instead letting computers automatically process 100,000 invoices from 20,000 suppliers. The order value amounts to 2.5 MSEK. On the American continent ReadSoft closed a number of valuable deals within electronic invoice processing. Among the new clients a large utility company decided to integrate their SAP system with ReadSoft’s to process 150,000 invoices a year. On ReadSoft's home market a large contract was signed in collaboration with the Swedish ERP provider Intentia. With joined forces a high volume contract was signed with the Nordic builders merchants group Optimera. They are to process over 600,000 invoices a year in Norway and Sweden. ReadSoft DOCUMENTS for Forms was sold to many new clients, as well. One of the most spectacular deals was with the Spanish Traffic Authority, Dirección General de Tráfico. The software was purchased to read and process 17,000 applications for new drivers licenses daily. The new drive in Spain is a result of EEC regulations that stipulate uniformity among members of the EEC, and old drivers licenses are being replaced. At the end of the quarter, OMX Exchanges (The Swedish Stock Exchange) upgraded ReadSoft to be traded on the Attract40 trading list. This is the third time ReadSoft has been on the Attract40 list since the IPO in 1999.
