ReadSoft launches new software functionality ReadSoft now presents a number of technical software news, at the future conference Read the Future in Spain. The company's products for automatic data capture, Eyes & Hands FORMS and INVOICES now comes with significantly improved functionality. The latest versions are named FORMS 5-2 and INVOICES 5-2. As the time for development shortens ReadSoft will launch improved software three times a year, called Shuttle Releases. "Option Packs" will trim and enhance the systems for automatic data capture and customers will more frequently benefit from the new functionality. - To stay at number-one on the market it is important for ReadSoft to shorten the development terms. The Shuttle Releases present great improvements for both Eyes & Hands FORMS and INVOICES. The cutting-edge software now offers improved functionality to capture and interpret information from e-mails. This means that an invoice that is sent in an e-mail can be processed by the clients' computer systems, without first printing it on paper. The new Option Packs also contain improved functionality to monitor the workflow in large installations. A Monitor Module with a web interface will make it possible to monitor and run the process over the Internet. Eyes & Hands FORMS 5-2 and INVOICES 5-2 now also comes with enhanced functions to interpret colors on forms and invoices. With the Shuttle Releases three times a year, ReadSoft now abandons the year-based releases of new software.
