ReadSoft launches ReadSoft DOCUMENTS, a new all-in-one product concept for document automation With the launch of the new ReadSoft DOCUMENTS product concept ReadSoft is consolidating its leading position on the global market for Document Automation. ReadSoft DOCUMENTS is a new concept based on ReadSoft's proven technology that offers a complete solution to our customers' requirements. The launch coincides with the opening of AIIMexpo, the US document management exposition in New York. Through extensive customer and partner research ReadSoft has identified and responded to a growing demand for a solution covering all aspects of the Document Automation process. One of the key trends at the moment is that customers want to be able to handle all types of document - forms, invoices, even letters - through a single system, which must also support electronic communication. To meet these requirements, ReadSoft has enhanced its existing FORMS, INVOICES and EZ-OUT solutions to create a new product platform that is designed to handle not just individual documents, but to automate an entire document flow. "ReadSoft DOCUMENTS is unique in that it is a complete product platform for document automation", Jan Andersson, ReadSoft's President, says. "With the launch of our new product we are fulfilling the wishes of our customers and provides them with solutions that enables them to slash costs and radically improve their efficiency". ReadSoft DOCUMENTS can read all types of document, handle them in a single streamlined process that can be integrated with the customer's ERP system, archive and forward the processed data electronically. The platform is based on five modules which form an end-to-end concept, from input to output. "ReadSoft DOCUMENTS not only handles all types of documents in a single streamlined process. It also enables document EDI transactions, mailroom management and monitoring. This gives us a significant edge over our competitors and offers valuable benefits to our customers", Mr Andersson adds. In addition to the end-to-end concept ReadSoft DOCUMENTS contains a wealth of pre-configured business solutions which automate the processing of specific document types such as invoices and structured forms, as well as business applications such as mailroom management and indexing. "We have created a very attractive product offering that is designed to radically reduce the work and cost involved in processing documents. Our customers will no longer need to waste time and energy processing documents manually, and can concentrate on their core business", ReadSoft's President, Jan Andersson, says. ReadSoft DOCUMENTS will premiere at the AIIMexpo document management exhibition in New York on 8-10 March, after which it will be on show at the CeBIT IT and Telecom trade fair in Hannover.
